Specifics:          Established practice in brand new building (opened November, 2015)          Providers: 3 physicians and 2 APPs          Hours: M-F 8:30 to 5:00, Sat. 9-12 (walk-in sick visits only). Separate 24 hour ED next door.          Special equipment: 64-slice CT scanner, X-ray and Advanced Lab on site.          Call schedule: Weekly rotation between all primary care providers.  Friday to Friday rotating schedule. Requirements:          BC/BE          MD or DO          J1 Visa Waiver eligible. Wellness programs provide nutrition insight and strength classes. A range of specialists make routine visits to Gretna, a community 30 minutes from the nearest hospital. Telemedicine programs allow Gretna physicians to transfer scans and test results in real-time to specialists at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
