We are seeking a talented Revit Designer/Social Marketing professional to join our team.
Can start as intern or full time depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating floor plans and and models using Revit software.
You will collaborate with clients, managers, and estimaters to produce high-quality drawings to estimate work and capture the clients dream on in 3 deminsions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a team to make the world a better place worknig with our relationship based, forth generation, family owned business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and models using Revit software - Collaborate with clients, estimators, and other design professionals to ensure accurate and coordinated designs - Create 2D and 3D models, schematics, and construction documents - Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations - Conduct site visits as needed to gather information for design development - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Revit software - Capture images and post on social media about ongoing events where we are involved in our community Requirements:
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, Sketchup, and other relevant software - Spacial awareness - Experience with drafting techniques and standards - Ability to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Basic understanding of social media We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
